For stand builders and event agencies: a white-label game you can offer every client
BoothBuzz is a white-label exhibition game: your client's logo, colours and prize on a 60-second phone game, with no BoothBuzz or Printonline branding on the player screens. It costs AED 300 per exhibition day, you price it into your quote with your own mark-up, and set-up is usually within 24 h of ordering.
For a stand builder the game is an add-on to the build. For an event agency it is a line in the activation plan. Either way, you hand the client a stand that produces conversations, and clients may remember that at renewal.
What the game does for your client's stand
Many stand conversations begin cold, with a staff member stepping out to stop a stranger. A game reverses the sequence. Visitors have already opted in, handing over a real name and email to get a turn, and your client's team can open with the visitor's own rank.
The leaderboard then works on three fronts. It gives people a reason to come back and protect their position, a reason to fetch a colleague and try to beat it, and a prize draw that becomes a public moment with your client acting as host to a crowd, not a salesperson at a desk. Each lead reaches the spreadsheet with a first exchange behind it and a record of when the person was at the stand.
That is what you can put in the client's debrief: leads listed with consent, marketing opt-in and timestamp. CEIR figures as quoted in trade show gamification guides put the lift for gamified stands at +40% lead generation and +42% longer dwell time. Treat those as industry figures, not BoothBuzz results.
What your client's visitors see
Visitors scan a QR with the phone camera, which takes about 3 seconds. The start screen shows the client's logo, the prize and a Play button. They enter name, email, mobile, company and the client's own questions, tick the consent box, play for 60 seconds, and see their rank on a live leaderboard on the stand TV. There is no app to install.
The white label covers the logo, main and accent colours, background, game title, tagline and prize text. BoothBuzz and Printonline branding does not appear on the player screens, but the page address does use the game.printonline.ae domain, in the form game.printonline.ae/your-name. Agree the name part with the client before you order.
There are two games to offer. Gem Rush rewards points: players swap gems to make rows of three, long chain reactions add combo points, and whoever scores most tops the board. Flip Match rewards speed: players hunt for matching pairs, the server times each run to the millisecond, and the quickest finish ranks first. Two clients in the same week can choose different games.
The margin line: one price per day, your mark-up on top
The published price is AED 300 per exhibition day, and that is the whole price. Nothing is added for set-up, a licence or individual leads, so three days come to AED 900.
What you charge the client is the agency's decision. Price the game into your quote with your own mark-up on the per-day price, and raise any invoicing questions when you order on the product page.
There is no licence to hold between jobs, so the cost line appears only when a client has a show.
The agency workflow, step by step
The table follows one client from first email to downloaded leads. Set-up is usually within 24 h of ordering. The other timings depend on your client and on print lead times, so check each printed item's product page before you promise a date. For the full mechanics behind each step, see how BoothBuzz works.
| Agency step | What to send | What comes back | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Ask the client for one branding email | A short request for logo, two colours, prize line and the questions | The client's reply, kept in one thread | Depends on the client |
| 2. Order the game for the client's show days | Show dates, the game choice, and the branding from step 1 | Game page link, print-ready QR (SVG for print, PNG for screens), preview link, kiosk link, leaderboard link, dashboard login | Usually within 24 h of ordering |
| 3. Get sign-off | The preview link to the client | Approval or changes | Depends on the client |
| 4. Test with the stand team | The public link and the staff password | A real play-through of the real game | Before the start date |
| 5. Print the QR | The SVG file to your print order | Roll-up, counter stand, T-shirts or panels carrying the QR | Check lead time on each product page |
| 6. Run the stand | Kiosk link on the stand iPad, leaderboard link on the TV | Live ranks and leads arriving with consent records | 60 seconds per play, about 3 seconds to scan |
| 7. Hand over the leads | The dashboard login (game name and a password) for the agreed exhibitor | Every lead as Excel (.xlsx), CSV or PDF | As often as wanted; kept 90 days after the event and 365 days after download |
One branding email per client
Ask every client for the same single email, so nothing is chased twice: a logo, two colours (main and accent), the prize line and the questions they want visitors to answer. A background, a game title and a tagline are optional extras that the white label also covers. The admin branding screen holds those choices in one place.
Then send the client the preview link for sign-off. Until the start date, anyone who opens the public link sees Coming soon, while the client's team can enter the staff password and play the real game.
How to brand two clients in one week
Treat each client as its own game, with its own page address, QR, preview link and dashboard login. Give each client only their own login.
Begin by sending both clients the same one-email request. When the replies arrive, place both orders in one sitting. Set-up is usually within 24 h of ordering, so both previews can go out soon after. While the clients review, the print order can start, because the QR comes print-ready as SVG. Run the staff test for each stand before its start date.
Printed items have a lead time of their own, so check it on each product page before you commit to the week. If the schedule is tight, look at the next-day delivery category on printonline.ae.
What changes between the two clients is short:
- the game name and page address
- the logo and the two colours
- the game title, tagline and prize line
- the client's own questions
- the dashboard login you hand over
What stays the same is your process: one email in, one preview out, one QR file to the printer.
Printed QR material from the same supplier
The best game still fails if nobody can find the code, so treat the print order as part of the job. The game is ordered on printonline.ae, the sister brand, which was established in 2015 and lists 1,000+ customisable products. Start from the supplied SVG and choose the carriers: a roll-up banner for the aisle edge, a counter stand for the front desk, the back of staff T-shirts, or shell scheme panel branding behind the stand.
Size and height affect whether people scan. Make the code about a tenth as wide as the distance it is read from, and mount it near 1.6 m, which is roughly eye level. The QR code placement guide goes through each position, and the shell scheme stand ideas suit a compact 3 by 3 build.
Check the current price and lead time on each product page.
FAQ
How do I invoice my client for a white-label exhibition game?
The published price is AED 300 per exhibition day, and what the agency charges its client is the agency's decision. Price the game into your quote with your own mark-up, and raise any invoicing questions when you order on the product page.
Who owns the leads from a client's stand?
The exhibitor owns the leads, so when you order for a client, agree in writing with the client who the exhibitor of record is; for a client's own stand that is normally the client. Hand that party the dashboard login so they can export the full lead list in Excel, CSV or PDF, and note that every record has its own consent entry plus a marketing opt-in that starts unticked, with records kept 90 days after the event and 365 days after a download. It is good practice to state in your client's privacy notice where lead data is hosted; this is practical guidance, not legal advice.
Will visitors see BoothBuzz or Printonline anywhere?
Not on the player screens, which carry the client's logo, colours, game title, tagline and prize text. The page address does use the game.printonline.ae domain, in the form game.printonline.ae/your-name, so agree the name part with your client before you order.
Can my client approve the game before the show?
Yes. Send them the preview link for sign-off. Until the start date the public link only says Coming soon, and the stand team can use the staff password to try the real game, then pause and resume it once the show is on.
Reserve Gem Rush or Flip Match for your next client's exhibition, and see the pricing first.
